When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you enter: company name, contact person, email address, country or region, product requirements, and any file you attach. The form also records a timestamp and a language preference used for spam prevention.
Why we collect it
The information is used only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, if an order follows, to handle that order. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting order, and for the period required by applicable accounting and tax rules.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data you sent, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Write to sales@alloyti.com and we will action the request.
