Titanium bolts, nuts, screws, studs and washers to DIN, ISO and ASME — Gr.2 and Gr.5 (TC4), made to standard or to your drawing.
Supply range

Typical applications
Titanium fasteners are used wherever a joint must survive chloride exposure without seizing or adding weight: marine and offshore equipment, desalination units, chemical plants, motorsport and bicycle assemblies, and aerospace structures. Gr.2 covers most corrosion cases; Gr.5 is selected when joint strength is the limiting factor.
Ordering notes
Fastener orders are confirmed on standard or drawing, thread specification, length, quantity and surface condition. Thread rolling versus cutting, head marking and any required mechanical testing are agreed before production. Certificates to EN 10204 3.1 are issued as standard.

Which standards can titanium fasteners be made to?
Bolts, nuts, screws, studs and washers can be specified to DIN, ISO or ASME dimensions, with head style, thread form, thread length and overall length set by your drawing or standard reference.
Why choose titanium fasteners over stainless steel?
Titanium combines corrosion resistance in chloride environments with roughly half the density of steel, which matters in marine, offshore, chemical and weight-sensitive assemblies. It also avoids the galvanic problems that appear when dissimilar metals are joined.
