Titanium Plate & Sheet
Titanium plate, sheet and coil to ASTM B265 — TA1 (Gr.1), TA2 (Gr.2) and TC4 (Gr.5), supplied hot rolled, cold rolled, annealed, pickled or cut to size.
Supply forms
- Hot-rolled plate — for pressure vessels, tube sheets, reactor linings and structural parts.
- Cold-rolled sheet — thinner gauges with tighter flatness and surface control.
- Coil — slit and cut to width on our coil processing line.
- Cut-to-size blanks — plate cut to your drawing, ready for machining or forming.

Typical applications
Titanium plate is chosen where chloride corrosion, weight or temperature rule out stainless steel: chemical reactors and columns, heat-exchanger tube sheets and shells, desalination and marine structures, flue-gas desulfurisation linings, and aerospace structural parts in Gr.5.
Inspection and documents
Every order is checked against the specification agreed beforehand: chemical composition and mechanical properties from the mill certificate, dimensional and surface inspection before packing, and ultrasonic testing where the standard or your specification requires it. Which thickness and width can you supply?
Plate and sheet are supplied to the dimensions confirmed in your order — thickness, width, length and surface condition (hot rolled, cold rolled, annealed, pickled or polished) are agreed before production starts. Send us your drawing or size list and we will confirm what can be produced and at which standard.
Can titanium plate be supplied with EN 10204 3.1 certificates?
Yes. Mill test certificates to EN 10204 3.1 are issued as standard with chemical composition, mechanical properties and heat number traceability. EN 10204 3.2 or third-party inspection can be arranged when agreed in the order.
